Felicity Kranz is a Meanjin/Brisbane-based senior offline editor who shapes stories with rhythm, instinct, and heart. After graduating from Griffith Film School, she spent nearly a decade cutting at Cutting Edge, honing her voice across short film, narrative, and commercial storytelling. She now cuts exclusively at xoPost, where she continues to craft work defined by precision, emotion, and collaboration.
Her work spans and bends genres - from drama to comedy, and everything in between - reflecting a versatility and curiosity that drive her practice. Felicity thrives in projects that blur boundaries, using her editorial instincts to find the emotional core of each story, no matter its tone or style.
Guided by a deep love of the potential of music and vision to tell a story, she approaches each project as a conversation between image, emotion, and timing - where the smallest cut can shift an entire story. Known for her precision, intuition, technical prowess, and collaborative spirit, she brings both pace and poetry to the edit suite.
Alongside her editing work, Felicity is passionate about mentoring and uplifting emerging editors - particularly women and queer creatives - fostering community and confidence within the next generation of storytellers.
Driven by curiosity and craft, Felicity continues to explore new ways of shaping meaning and feeling through the art of post-production.
I’m a proud music obsessed lesbian from Meanjin and my edit suite is rarely filled with silence.
When we cut together, there’s an everchanging playlist I listen to while I’m sorting through
rushes and pulling selects, so give it a listen and get to know me!
